Jason Stefan is the owner of Paws & Effect and a certified pet groomer. He has a dual certification in basic pet grooming and an advanced certification in show grooming from the Ohio Academy of Pet Styling. He has a vast knowledge of animal hygiene such as oral and skin care. He is Pet-Tech certified in Pet CPR and First Aid.

Jason left his corporate career in voice and data communications to pursue a

new career in professional pet grooming in 2005. With Paws and Effect growing steadily, Jason looks forward to expanding into other aspects of pet

care in the near future.

Jason is a 36-year-old native of Avon Lake, OH, and now lives in the Edgewater district of Cleveland with his 11-year-old Cocker Spaniel, Bailey.
